Our lobby door is next to the post office, 6th floor.
Please do not park in the adjacent surface lot; you will be towed. Garage parking is available around the corner at the adagio. Parking on the lower levels of the garage will allow you to use the elevator nearest our building; exit at level 1. If you park on the top level of the garage, exit at the Staples level.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time for check-in, temperature check, and hand hygiene before your visit.
Regardless of vaccination status, if you have been informed that you have been exposed to COVID-19, you must have a negative PCR test before your appointment.
